Dual NSF Category A1 and D2 Listing
LEXX Food Contact Surface Sanitizer & Cleaner is one of a small group of citric-acid sanitizers carrying dual NSF Category A1 and D2 listings. The A1 listing covers general cleaning compounds for use on all surfaces in food-processing areas (with a potable-water rinse). The D2 listing covers sanitizers used on previously cleaned non-food-contact surfaces. Together, they let one product handle two compliance categories that typically require two separate SKUs.
