One citric acid line for housekeeping and the kitchen
LEXX® ships ready to use, is EPA registered and NSF listed, and works in occupied rooms with no harsh fumes. Buy a case on Amazon today, no distributor setup, and start on one floor.

Built for the housekeeping cart
Hotels run on turnover time and staff who change often. LEXX® removes the steps that slow both down.
Ready to use, every shift
Every bottle ships pre-mixed at label strength. No dilution station to maintain, no measuring, and no weak batch because someone eyeballed the concentrate.
One chemistry replaces four
Citric acid does the work of bleach, QUATS, ammonia and Thymol products across housekeeping and food service. Fewer SKUs to train on, store and reorder.
Clean while rooms are occupied
No harsh fumes and no sticky residue, so housekeeping can work in occupied guest rooms and busy kitchens without clearing the space or waiting for it to air out.
No-rinse food contact sanitizer
Sanitize the breakfast bar, prep tables and beverage stations in 60 seconds with no rinse step, then get straight back to service.
Four products cover the property

In use on the line every day
Full-service restaurant operators deal with the same food soils, stainless and beverage stations as a hotel F&B program.

“It cleans off food buildup like sugar from all beverage nozzles, any spills on the bar counter or stainless-steel sinks, coolers, beer lines, and even the ice trays. We clean and sanitize all of the tables and there’s no need to rinse after when using the sanitizer.”

Jerry Hanson
Owner, Johnny Longboats & Seminole Reef Grill
“They no longer worry about harsh chemical exposure during their shifts, which has improved morale and reduced skin irritation complaints. The fact that it’s food-safe and doesn’t require rinsing on food contact surfaces saves us significant time during our busy service hours.”

Questions housekeeping and F&B leads ask
Straight answers from the label and the Safety Data Sheets. Anything not covered, ask below.
Can housekeeping use LEXX® while a guest is in the room?
Yes. LEXX® products ship ready to use and produce no harsh fumes, so there is no waiting for a room to air out and no need to schedule cleaning around occupancy. The disinfectant carries an EPA Toxicity Category III rating, which requires the standard CAUTION statement on the label, and is free from bleach, chlorine, QUATS, ammonia and Thymol.
What do the labels say about handling?
Each product label and Safety Data Sheet spells out handling and first aid. LEXX® RTU Broad Spectrum Disinfectant & Cleaner is EPA Toxicity Category III, which carries the standard CAUTION statement. The Multi-Purpose Cleaner and Fruit & Vegetable Wash are made entirely from ingredients listed as food additives. Follow your own property safety policies and the SDS linked on each product card.
Does the food contact sanitizer need to be rinsed off the breakfast bar?
No. LEXX® RTU Liquid Food Contact Surface Sanitizer & Cleaner is EPA registered (91452-5) and NSF listed in Categories A1 and D2 as a no-rinse sanitizer for hard, non-porous food contact surfaces. Spray, let it stand for 60 seconds, then wipe or let air dry. It is fragrance free and leaves no residue or aftertaste.
What surfaces can I use the disinfectant on, and where should I avoid it?
Use LEXX® RTU Broad Spectrum Disinfectant & Cleaner on hard, non-porous, non-food-contact surfaces: tile, porcelain, stainless steel, laminate, sealed countertops, plastic, glass and chrome fixtures. Because the formula is citric acid based, avoid marble and other natural stone, copper, brass, unsealed wood and fabric. For food contact surfaces, use the sanitizer instead.
What is the contact time?
The disinfectant kills SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) in one minute on hard, non-porous surfaces when used as directed, and the other pathogens on its label within 10 minutes. The food contact sanitizer kills 99.999% of listed bacteria in 60 seconds. Always follow the contact time printed on the label for the organism you are targeting.
Do I need to dilute anything or install a dispensing system?
No. Every LEXX® product on this page ships pre-mixed at label strength. The 32 oz spray bottles go straight onto the cart and the gallons refill them. There is no dilution station to maintain, no measuring and no concentration to verify between shifts.
How do I buy for a property or a group of properties?
All four products are sold on Amazon in 32 oz sprays and, for the disinfectant and sanitizer, 1 gallon refills. An Amazon Business account shows business pricing and quantity discounts on the same listings, supports tax exempt purchasing, and lets you set up multiple buyers and approval rules for a group. For volume or distributor questions, send us a note using the form on this page.
Where do I get the Safety Data Sheets and labels?
Each product card on this page has a link to its current Safety Data Sheet. Full SDS and label documents for the LEXX® line are on our Safety Data Sheets page, and product pages list the complete ingredient statements.
